Please Note Tickets are Non Refundable

• Date: Friday, December 19
• Time: 4:00 – 5:30 PM
  Students should arrive in full costume and be dropped off at their dressing room.
  Please note: Costumes cannot be left overnight, as dressing rooms will also be used for Show 1 the next day.
  More details about tech and dressing room assignments will be sent soon—please hold this time on your calendar.

• 9:00 AM – Check-in for Show 1 in dressing rooms
•  Pre-K Parents Only: Your dancers will not have a dressing room. The first 3 rows will be reserved for one parent and dancer to sit together. You’ll need to purchase your own ticket (performing children do not need one). After your dancer performs, you’re welcome to leave and return by 10:30 AM for the show.
• Note: No seats may be saved before doors open at 10:30 AM.
• 9:30 AM – Run-through of Show 1
• 10:30 AM – Doors open
• 11:00 AM – 12:15 PM – Show 1 Performance
• 12:15 – 1:30 PM – Lunch/reset break
  Families are encouraged to sign out their dancer, take a lunch break, and return refreshed for Show 2. If your child is staying at the theater, please send a nut-free lunch and email Amanda to make arrangements for them to stay through to show 2.
• 1:15 PM – Call time/warm-up for older students (Show 2)
• 1:30 – 3:00 PM – Run-through for select pieces and transitions (students must attend this to perform)
• 3:00 PM – Doors open
• 3:30 PM – Show 2 begins
