Adult class descriptions

Beginner Ballet w/ Amanda

This class focuses on proper technique and placement, including fun combinations in centre. This is the perfect class for dancers looking to dust off their old ballet shoes from years past or for those looking to try something new.

Contemporary w/ Megan

This is a no stress kind of class, not concerned with technique or form but enjoying the experience of moving your body.  You'll warmup and stretch for the first half, just following the teacher while moving at your comfort level. The second half you will learn a combination to challenge your brain. This class is great for anyone who is looking to loosen up your body and exercise your mind.

Grateful Pilates w/ Maxine Sherman

Learn to love your body by connecting and listening to yourself. Concentrating on your bodies inner working, fascia, muscles, bones, organs, nerves, and more, to align your body for optimal health and fluidity. By practicing elongating your muscles and strengthening your posture on the mat you will take this new found confidence into each day to unleash your unique essence. Instead of living with injury, fear, weakness, or doubt, you discover that you have the opportunity to honor, accept, and love your body. Access your power and potential for change!

Latin Fusion w/ Brianna

Latin is all about hips, footwork, and connection. As we loosen up our hips, learn the basic steps, and feel the soul of the music - every class will make you feel empowered and ready to take on the rest of the week.

Pilates Mat w/ Maya

Maya is known to create balance with her students, mind body connection with a true sensitivity for observation. Mayas classes target the specific needs of clients with a classic Pilates approach. She improves client’s strength, flexibility, and balance with a work hard play hard mentality. 

Strengthen & Condition Class w/ Amanda

Start your day strong with this 45-minute full-body workout designed to build balance, strength, and stamina. We’ll use light weights and resistance bands to target major muscle groups, mix in low-impact cardio to keep your heart rate up, and finish with foam rolling and stretching to help you recover and feel refreshed. Whether you're building strength, improving stability, or just wanting a good sweat, this class has you covered. Come move with us—you’ll leave sweaty, energized, and ready to take on the day!
