Super excited for this class! Latin is all about hips, footwork, and connection. We will loosen up our hips, learn the basic steps, and feel the soul of the music- every class will make you feel empowered and ready to take on the rest of the week.
This is a beginner class. We will focus on proper technique and placement, and includes fun combinations in centre. This is the perfect class for dancers looking to dust off their old ballet shoes from years past, or for those looking to try something new.
This is an intermediate ballet class for adults. (prior experience suggested) This class will focus on technique and build upon vocabulary. Combinations will be more challenging from beginner clases, but in a professional yet fun environment.
This hybrid jazz class in not your typical "jazz" class. Get ready to let go of yourself and just dance to fun upbeat music. Each class you will learn a fun upbeat combination and get great practice in rhythm, groove and confidence!

These are your personal attributes and also the things that help you to access your core, release your muscles and align your body for optimal health and fluidity.

Maya is known to create balance with her students mind body connection with a true sensitivity for observation. Mayas classes target the specific needs of clients with a classic Pilates approach. She improves client’s strength, flexibility, and balance with a work hard play hard mentality.
Join Amanda and feel the burn by preforming repetitive ballet movements and combinations, in this fun fitness class that gets you moving your body.

Free Movement with Chuan is a great class for beginner movers. Chuan's holistic approach to movement (and extremely impressive background) guides dancers as they learn to tune into their bodies and move through space.. There is a warm up, movement across the floor, and a combination. Music and choreography is supper fun and light.
Each week we explore different pop artists and music genres and learn a new dance combination. Class starts with a series of warm-ups that focus on strengthening, lengthening and releasing different parts of your body. You will walk out of class each Friday sweaty, and laughing.
