Students should arrive in full costume and be dropped off at their dressing room.
Please note: Costumes & belongings CANNOT be left overnight.

10:15–11:30 AM – Rehearsal for Show 1
Pre-K Parents Only: You are welcome to leave after your child rehearses, as it can make for a very long day for our youngest dancers. Please note that you will need to check back in with the box office upon returning.
As mentioned in my previous email to Pre-K families, one parent/chaperone must remain with their child during both rehearsal and the performance. Chaperone tickets should be booked directly through me, and I will provide your name to the box office. If you have already purchased a ticket with the box office OR have not purchased a ticket please reach out to me directly.
11:30 AM–12:00 PM – Doors Open for Show 1
12:00–1:10 PM – Show 1
1:10–2:00 PM – Theater Reset/Lunch (If you have a child in Show 1 that is also performing in Show 2 that does not want to leave the theater in between shows, please let us know so that we can plan accordingly.)
2:00 PM – Call Time for Show 2
2:10–3:30 PM – Show 2 Run-Through
(Warm-up will take place in the back of the house.)
3:30–4:00 PM – Doors Open for Show 2
4:00–5:30 PM – Show 2
