Each week students will work on classical jazz technique while incorporating jazz funk and commercial style jazz. With pop tunes the students will be hyped and energized to move their bodies! The class will start. with a center warm up, across the floor and then students will work on upbeat choreography to their favorite songs.
Make your own music video! Each week students will collaborate to envision and map out a game plan for performing and filming their music video; developing a storyboard, choreography, scenery, and costumes. This class is a great opportunity for students to advance their creativity in a unique way and enhance their collaboration skills. Their final product will be shown on the big screen at recital!
