Students have an opportunity to move freely and explore their physicality in a less structured environment. They will be guided through class, using tempo, dynamics, quality and imagery to create their own unique movement in real time. Students will gain confidence in their ability to invent and express themselves. Perfect for the student who may have trouble following along in a traditional dance class and wants to dance to the beat of their own drum!
