This class focuses on proper technique and placement, including fun combinations in centre. This is the perfect class for dancers looking to dust off their old ballet shoes from years past or for those looking to try something new.
Prior experience suggested. This class will focus on technique and build upon vocabulary. Combinations will be more challenging from beginner classes, but in a professional yet fun environment.
How do dancers get strong? Come and explore the workout routines that dancers use, off the "dance floor" to keep their bodies in shape with Morgan McEwen (Founder of MorDance). The class will focus on core stability, body alignment, increase mobility and flexibility as well as work on coordination. This is a 45 minute class, that will surely be an amazing way to start off your day, feel connected to your body and leave the class feeling stronger.

Flamenco is an art form based on the various folkloric music tradition of southern Spain. It is a highly-expressive, dance form characterized by hand clapping, percussive footwork, and intricate hand, arm, and body movements.
This is a no stress kind of class, not concerned with technique or form but enjoying the experience of moving your body. You'll warmup and stretch for the first half, just following the teacher while moving at your comfort level. The second half you will learn a combination to challenge your brain. This class is great for anyone who is looking to loosen up their body and exercise their mind.

Experience the joy of social dance! Swing is a great style for those who want to dance but have never been in the dance studio before. You'll learn simple foot patterns and simple technique to get you started. Each week you'll add a new sequence into your tool belt and before you know it you'll be sweeping the floor with your moves. No pattern needed!
